Terms of Service

✱ General

  1. By commissioning me you agree to follow the contents of these terms regardless of whether or not you have actually read through them.

  2. Periodic updates will be automatically sent to clients through their preferred communication platform to request feedback. More updates can be requested if desired.

  3. If you are interested in the status of your commission but don't want to contact me privately, my Trello board is public and updated in real time with progress on all commissions.

  4. Your rights as a customer include the ability to use the art for personal usage in whatever manner you desire; profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc. are all okay. If you are interested in using the commissioned work commercially to make some form of a profit, please inform me of this while your commission is requested so additional fees can be discussed.

✱ Payment

  1. Payment is taken upfront through PayPal or CashApp.

  2. Refunds are given out based on the progress done on your commission thus far. Trello automatically keeps track of percentages through the checkboxes feature, so when a refund is requested you will receive the full amount of the commission's price minus any percentage of work already finished. For example, if Trello lists your commission as being 25% finished, I will send you a refund for the remaining 75% that was unfinished. You are then free to use the finished portion however you would like (for example to complete it on your own).

  3. During the earlier stages of your commission all revisions are free. Once we have confirmed the pose and outlines, any additional revisions may incur an extra revision fee that will be discussed. If for any reason a revision is needed where it is a mistake on my behalf (e.g if a character was colored in improperly or is missing a defining trait) the revision will be free.

✱ Subjects and References

  1. References provided should be clear and descriptive of the character, including markings and colors. Detailed text descriptions in the absence of images are okay, however there may be an extra fee for the work involved with bringing your concept to life as this requires significantly more feedback in comparison to commissions where a reference image is available.

  2. References should be without heavy watermarking obscuring the character, heavy noise overlay, or any other likewise anti-theft procedures.

Happy to draw

  • Anthropomorphic or feral characters

  • Any body types or 'unusual' physical traits

  • Simple outfits, accessories, props, etc

  • Simple backgrounds

  • NSFW, artistic nudity, suggestive drawings, and depictions of kinks I am comfortable with portraying for clients that are 18+

Drawn with extra fees

  • Extra characters

  • Species I don't have much experience in drawing (e.g equines, insects, fish, birds)

  • Humanoids with kemonomimi aspects

  • Complex outfits, accessories, props, etc

  • Complex backgrounds

Will not draw

  • Humanoids

  • Detail-heavy mechs or robots

  • Hate speech, extremist dog-whistles

  • NSFW or otherwise suggestive depictions of characters and/or scenarios I feel highly uncomfortable with portraying (e.g characters unable to consent, super extreme fetishes)

Some of my favorite things to draw are canine characters, characters heavily designed after real life animals, darker or more serious themes, neutral color schemes, backgrounds inspired by cityscapes or nature, and grunge fashion. These are not a requirement for commissions from me, but are simply the subjects or motifs I personally find the most joy in working with and feel I can deliver the best result for.

Anything listed under the extra fees category is subjective and priced on a case-by-case basis depending on the time taken for me to fulfill such request. If additional fees are required, they are made obvious before payment is sent.
